The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. They provided us with free bikes, making it easy to explore the entire island. having a TV in the room with a selection of DVDs was a great option for a cozy movie night. The breakfast being served right outside our cottage was a convenient and efficient way to start the day.

The presence of numerous cats that roamed around the property. While I love cats, these ones would constantly bother us, jumping up on us while we were eating or sunbathing.

When I am in Gili Trawangan, I like staying here. The hotel is beautiful, it has genuinely helpful and caring staff and a honesty bar. The rooms are brand-new with a great shower, everything is nice.

This place is clean, with welcoming staff and spotless units that have excellent air conditioning and private bathrooms, they offer a variety of breakfast options like pancakes and hot chocolate.

This place is close to Sunset Beach, the center of the area, and Nusa Penida, making it easy to explore. On top of that, we found a nice spot to cool off at Utara Bar and Restaurant while it was scorching outside.

Spacious and peaceful room with lovely decor. The view is particularly nice, and the service is EXCELLENT. The beds are very clean. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy bungalow in a quiet location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, even offering to pick me up if I got lost on my way back. The bungalow itself was beautifully decorated and the shower was one of the best I've had.

I definitely got my money's worth at this charming hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a delightful balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even provided free bikes for me to explore the area.

The only thing that could've made the breakfast selection better was if they had more variety.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the pool, room, bathroom, and grounds all being well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great pool and free bikes available for guests. The location was perfect, as it was away from the main tourist area, providing a quiet and private atmosphere. However, it was still a short 5-minute bike ride to the beach and the main strip. The staff here were incredible. They were friendly, attentive, and spoke fantastic English. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even offering to cook a meal when I arrived late at night. The customer service and honesty of the staff truly impressed me.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk from the harbor down to the beach. We loved the clean and spacious room, along with the well-kept private bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, helping us book activities and offering free bikes for exploring the island. The daily breakfast served on our patio was a lovely touch, and the friendly cats that joined us made it even better.

The only downside was the distance to other parts of the island, requiring a 20-25 minute walk or a horse and cart ride. However, the hotel made up for it by providing free bikes for convenient transportation.
